1. General Provisions

1.1 This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the basic principles for the collection, processing and storage of personal data by the user of the web site "lagaminai.lt" ("Seller") operated by VGP UAB. Persons purchasing goods in the online store (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) must read and understand these policies carefully before using the Website. By using the Services on the Website, the Buyer confirms that they agree to be bound by this policy. The Seller strives to ensure that the Buyer, website visitors and other persons whose personal data are processed have full confidence in the services provided by the Seller and are informed of how the personal data is processed. The Seller shall comply with the following data processing principles during its operations:

2. Collection, processing and storage of personal data

2.1 If the buyer does not agree with this policy and the processing of personal data described therein, the buyer should not visit the seller's website and / or use the services provided by the seller. By providing your personal information, the buyer agrees that the seller will manage and process it for the purposes, means and procedures set out in this policy and the law.

2.1.1 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy, accuracy and completeness of the information provided by him. Entering incorrect data is considered a policy violation.

2.1.2 In the event of a change in the particulars given, the buyer must inform the seller thereof. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for any damage caused to the Buyer and / or third parties as a result of providing the Buyer with incorrect and / or incomplete personal data or not requesting the addition and / or modification of the data.

2.1.3 Buyer information may be disclosed to third parties in certain cases:

    3. Execution of E-Commerce

3.1 The Seller shall process the following personal data of the Buyer for the purposes of processing orders, drawing up financial documents, solving problems relating to the placing or delivery of goods, and performing other contractual obligations:

3.1.3 Telephone number;

3.1.4 Email address;

3.1.5 Residence address;

3.2 In order to give the buyer the opportunity to shop at the online store on the website, the seller follows this policy. The data processed for the purposes of e-commerce are provided to partners providing goods delivery or other services related to the order fulfillment.

4. E-shop visitor registration

4.1 By registering and submitting their details, the Buyer, on a legal basis, agrees to the Seller processing the following Buyer Data:

4.1.1 Name;

4.1.2 Surname;

4.1.3 Telephone number;

4.1.4 Email Address;

4.1.5 Address of residence;

4.1.6 Information on purchased goods, their types, amounts spent.

4.2 The Seller shall not disclose the data processed for the purposes of registration of visitors to the E-shop to third parties.

5. Procedures and time limits for storage of personal data

5.1 When processing and storing Buyer's Personal Data, the Seller shall implement organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection of Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and any other unlawful processing.

            1. The seller of personal data shall not pass it on to third parties.

5.1.2 The personal data of the Buyer will be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of the data processing. When personal data becomes redundant for the purposes of their processing and / or the retention period has expired, they will be safely deleted.

5.1.3 The Seller shall apply different retention periods for personal data, depending on the purpose for which the specific Buyer Personal Data are processed, which is:

5.1.4 E-shop visitor registration data is stored for 3 years from the last login.

5.1.5 VAT invoicing for natural persons, sales of goods to self-employed persons shall be kept for 10 years from the date of purchase.

5.1.6 Refund data for a product are retained for 10 years after the goods are returned.

5.1.7 E-commerce execution data (processing of orders for goods, issue of financial documents, solving problems related to the delivery or delivery of goods, fulfillment of other contractual obligations) shall be kept for 10 years.

5.2 Exceptions to the above retention periods may only be granted if they are in accordance with legal requirements and are duly justified and properly documented, without prejudice to your rights as a data subject.

6. Invoicing of natural persons to individuals, provision of services for the sale of goods to self-employed persons

6.1 For the purposes of VAT invoicing to individuals, provision of services to self-employed persons, we process the following data:

            1. Name;

            2. Last name;

            3. Personal code;

            4. Email address;

            5. Phone number.

6.2 We will not transfer personal data to third parties for the purposes described above.

7. Refund of the paid item

7.1 If the buyer chooses to exercise the right to return the purchased item, the seller will process the following personal data for refund purposes:

            1. Name;

            2. Last name;

            2. Bank account number.

7.2 We will not transfer personal data processed for the above purposes to third parties.

8. Rights of data subjects

8.1 The User shall have the right at any time, upon request, to access the personal data processed by the Company, to request the rectification of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data, to request the suspension, except for storage, of his personal data processing laws.

8.1.1 To the extent that the processing of personal data is based on consent, the buyer has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to the withdrawal of consent.

10.1 For visitors to the Seller's Website, the Seller wishes to provide content that is relevant and functional. Cookies are used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files stored on a buyer's browser or device.

11. Final provisions

         1. Relations arising under this Policy shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

         2. The Seller has the right to change the Policy in whole or in part. Additions or changes to the Policy shall take effect from the date of their publication on the Website.

         3. If the Buyer uses the Website and the services provided by the Seller after the Policy has been updated, the Seller will assume that the Buyer has no objection and is aware of the changes made.
